Corporate Laws & Corporate Governance Committee issues FAQs on SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Considering the frequent changes that have been made by Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) in the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Regulations”) and therefore to facilitate the understanding and interpretation of law under the amended provisions of Regulations, the Corporate Laws & Corporate Governance Committee has decided to bring out a publication: “Frequently Asked Questions on SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015”.
The Publication addresses the following topics:
• Definitions
• Common obligations of Listed Entities
• Listed Entities which has listed its specified securities
• Listing of Non-Convertible Debt Securities or Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares or both
• Listing of Specified Securities and either Non-Convertible Debt Securities or Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares or both
• Listed Entities which has listed its Indian Depository Receipts
• Listed Entities which has listed its Securitised Debt Instruments
• Listed Entities which has listed in Security Receipts
• Listed Entity which has listed its Mutual Units
