In order to enable ease of doing business, the Department of Labour and Employment, Gujarat has in a circular stated that the list of documents for certain services has been reduced under Section 4 of the Gujarat (Right of Citizens to Public Services) Act, 2013 .
Therefore, the documents mentioned in Revised Appendix-2 of the circular will have to be submitted along with the relevant licence/ registration application mentioned for Contract Labour Act, 1970 and Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979.
