The Government of Karnataka, in a Gazette Notification dated 19th February, 2021 has notified the Karnataka Municipalities and Certain Other Law (Amendment) Act, 2021 (“Act”) the draft version of which was earlier issued.
The Amendment Act has gained effect since 19th February, 2021.
