In reference to the trail mail on “Condonation of Delay Scheme 2018” (“Scheme”), the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“Ministry”) has issued a circular dated 28th March, 2018 extending the validity of the Scheme upto 30th April, 2018.
Prior to this circular, the Scheme was valid till 31st March, 2018.
