The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) by a notification dated 28th March, 2018 have issued the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Amendment Rules, 2018 (“Amended Rules”). The Amended Rules comes into effect from 1st April, 2018.
