MCA notifies Amendments to the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“Ministry”) has issued the Companies (Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules, 2023 to further amend the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014. Through this amendment, a new format for Form No. Rd-1 (Approval form for Conversion / Direction for change in name of existing Company / Other matters) has been introduced. This will be effective from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
