The Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) has issued significant updates to the Master Circular for compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“LODR Regulations”), as of 11th November 2024.
The updated Master Circular consolidates all relevant circulars issued under the LODR Regulations up to 30th September 2024. This circular supersedes the earlier Master Circular dated 11th July 2023, ensuring stakeholders have a single comprehensive reference for compliance with the LODR Regulations.
