The Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“Authority”) has revised Form IEPF-6 (Form for statement of unclaimed or unpaid amounts to be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund).
The Authority has uploaded the revised format of the Form IEPF 6 in its website under the IEPF Forms Download page.
The revised Form IEPF-6, effective from 13th April 2018, has been attached for your reference.
