In light of the details report and recommendations submitted by the Committee on Review of offences under Companies Act 2013 before the Minister of Finance & Corporate Affairs, the MCA has invited comments, along with justifications in brief, on the report of the Committee by 24thSeptember, 2018.
The MCA has instructed that such comments have to be sent to comments_ro@mca.gov.in, in the prescribed format, clearly indicating the following:
- Name of the sender;
- contact number of the sender; and
- email address and postal address of the sender
