This is a quick update to let you know that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”), is likely to reduce the fee for filing e-Form DIR-3 KYC to Rs.500 for the period of September 20, 2018 to October 5, 2018. Beyond this period, the fee chargeable shall be Rs.5000.
The relaxation in fee charges is a consequence of the proposed Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Fifth Amendment Rules, 2018 (“Amendment”).
The Amendment is yet to be notified in the Official Gazette. We will keep you posted on this.
