The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has under a notification dated April 30, 2019 issued the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Amendment Rules, 2019 (“Amendment”). As per the Amendment, the last date for filing Form DIR-3-KYC under the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 (“Rules”) has been revised.
