The Goods and Service Tax Network (GSTN) has now allowed the taxpayers to lodge complaints against the problems/hindrances faced by them related to process for application, ledgers, registers, payments etc. and can also make complaints against other registered taxpayers/unregistered persons/ entity. Previously this facility was available only for payment related grievances.
The facility to make further enquiry on the lodged grievances is also available on the GSTN Portal.
