The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“Ministry”) in its ‘News & Important Updates’ segment on its website, has announced that e-Form URC-1 will soon be revised. This revised form will be made available on the MCA21 Company Forms Download page.
We will update you as and when the Ministry uploads the revised version of the said Form on their website.
