This is a quick update to let you know that the Department of Health and Family Welfare, through a notification dated 18th October, 2019, has introduced a draft amendment to the Medical Device Rules, 2017 (“Rules”). A new chapter has been added after Chapter III, which deals with Registration of Certain Medical Devices.
