Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) has issued Notification No. 41/2020– Central Tax dated 5th May, 2020 to further extend the due date for furnishing the GST Annual Return in FORM GSTR-9 for the period from 1st April, 2018 to 31st March, 2019 from 30th day of June, 2020 to 30th day of September, 2020.
