Central Board of Excise & Customs has issued Notification No.9 /2018- Central Tax dated 23rd January, 2018 and has notified www.ewaybillgst.gov.in as the Common Goods and Services Tax Electronic Portal for furnishing electronic way bill and has notified www.gst.gov.in as the Common Goods and Services Tax Electronic Portal for facilitating registration, payment of tax, furnishing of returns and computation and settlement of integrated tax.
This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 16th January, 2018.
