In a recent scroller flashing (screenshot shared below) on the Chandigarh Pollution Control Committee (CPCC) website i.e. https://chocmms.nic.in/, the CPCC has informed that “White Category Industries don’t need consent, however they must have to register themselves on online portal and download Intimation form and submit hard copy of fill up Intimation Form”.
