In Order dated 6th November, 2020 the District Magistrate, Rewari has prohibited the use of any type of crackers in the territorial limits of District Rewari.
Violation of the Order will attract penalties under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Explosives Act, 1884 and Explosives Rules, 2008.
The Order has gained effect immediately and will remain in force till 15th November, 2020.
The Superintendent of Police, DMs and other officers are directed to ensure strict compliance of the Order. They are further directed to conduct raids along-with the SHO concerned and initiate penal action.
