The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has informed through its ‘News and Important Updates” segment in its website that Form DIR-12 (Particulars of appointment of directors and the key managerial personnel and the changes among them) and Form MGT-7 (Annual Return) are likely to be revised on MCA21 Company Forms Download page with effect from February 10, 2018.
Stakeholders have been, therefore, advised to check the latest version before filing.
