In continuation to the update shared earlier, relating to the revised checklist for inspection of Food Business Operators (“FBOs”), the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (“FSSAI”) has, by a notification dated 20th April,2018, issued a statement on mapping of various Kinds of Business (“KoBs”) with the relevant inspection checklists.
The FSSAI, in its statement, has specified which inspection checklist would be applicable for different KoBs. Some of them are as follows:
