The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (“FSSAI”) has vide a notification dated 15.03.2018, notified 18 Referral Laboratories to carry out the functions entrusted to them under Section 43 (2) of the FSSAI Act, 2006. This notification is issued as a follow-up to the original Gazette Notification number S.O. 97(E) 10th January, 2017 and S.O. 3695 (E) dated 20th November, 2017. The list of all the notified laboratories is enclosed in the document herein.
