The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (“FSSAI”) has, through an Order dated 2nd January 2020, specified the validity period of the notified 183 NABL accredited laboratories, in a List, for the purpose of carrying out the analysis of food sample taken under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and Rules & Regulations made there under.
Along with the validity of NABL accreditation, the List also specifies the scope of testing, contact details etc. of the notified laboratories.
