Commercial Taxes Department – Government of Bihar has issued Notification No. S.O.14 dated 14th January, 2019 to revise the limit from rupees two lakh to rupees one lakh for generating E-Way Bill for intra-state movement of goods. Now, e-way bill will be required in respect of movement of goods originating and terminating in the State of Bihar, where the consignment value exceeds rupees One lakh.
The above will come into force with effect from 21st January, 2019
