The Goods and Service Tax Network (GSTN) has launched a new Grievance Redressal Portal for GST https://selfservice.gstsystem.in/.
This Portal will enable taxpayers to report issues and problems related to GST System and its services. Taxpayers can raise tickets, check status, and refer FAQs on this new user friendly and intuitive portal. Email helpdesk@gst.gov.in will be discontinued in due course.
