In a Notification dated 17th January, 2020, the Haryana Labour Welfare Board (“Board”) has informed that the Board will receive labour welfare contributions made by concerned establishments to the Labour Welfare Fund in offline mode till their website runs smoothly.
The payment has to be made through drafts issued in favour of Welfare Commissioner, Haryana, payable at Panchkula.
Along with the Notification, the Board has annexed the format in which the deposit has to be made.
The data received offline will be later uploaded in online mode.
Background:
Due to heavy workload on the departmental website of the Labour Department of Haryana ( hrylabour.gov.in ) the receipts from the concerned establishments relating to the labour welfare fund are adversely affected.
In light of the difficulties faced, the Board has decided to accept receipts in the offline mode.
