In an Order dated 22nd September, 2020 the Special Economic Zone (“SEZ”) Division, Department of Commerce (“Department”) has granted extension in the last date for filing Quarterly Performance Reports/ Annual Performance Reports by SEZ Units/Developers/ EOUs upto 31st December, 2020.
The said extension is granted in light of the hardships faced during the pandemic COVID 19.
Background:
The present order is issued in continuation to a previous Order dated 30th March, 2020 issued by the Department in light of the pandemic wherein relaxation was granted to SEZ Units with reference to compliances like filing of SOFTEX Form, Annual Performance Report etc .
