In a Circular dated 28th September, 2020 the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has informed that the Companies Fresh Start Scheme, 2020 (“Scheme”) has been extended till 31st December, 2020.
The said extension has been granted in view of the large scale disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic
All other requirements under the Scheme remain unchanged.
