This is a quick update to let you know that the Finance Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir has issued a Notification in order to add a proviso, stating that the eligible unit (as per the trailing mail) shall file an application to avail the scheme where state taxes paid under GST get reimbursed, if they fall into the category of eligible manufacturing units by or before the following :
- 15th day of October, 2020 – for the period between 1st January, 2020 to 31st March, 2020 and
- 15th day of November, 2020 – for the period between 1st April, 2020 to 30th June, 2020
