We had earlier reported that the Kerala Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2018 which was published in the Kerala Gazette on 22nd February, 2018 had mentioned that the Act will come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different recognised systems of medicine.
In a recent commencement Notification dated 13th June, 2019 issued by Department of Health and Family Welfare, the Kerala Government has brought into force the Kerala Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2018 in respect of Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Sidha and Unani systems of medicine w.e.f. 15th June, 2019.
