As informed earlier, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) was in the process of tagging non-compliant Companies / Directors for not filing e- Form Active (INC-22A) owing to which e-filing of the form (ACTIVE) had been suspended temporarily.
The MCA has recently in its News & Important Updates segment confirmed that since the activity of tagging of non-compliant Companies / Directors is now complete, e-form ACTIVE is made available and can be filed by paying a fee of Rs. 10,000/-.
