The “News and Important Updates” section, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has informed that Form AOC-4 NBFC (Ind AS) is available for filing as e-Form w.e.f 11th February 2020. Accordingly, the Form AOC-4 NBFC (Ind AS) for filing financial statement and other documents with the Registrar for NBFCs has been updated in the MCA e-forms website on 11th February, 2020.
Stakeholders are requested to take note and plan accordingly.
