The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”), has through a General Circular dated 29^th October, 2019 extended the timeline for filing of forms MGT-7 and AOC-4 without paying additional fees for the financial year which ended on 31^st March 2019.

The due date for filing of e-forms AOC-4, AOC (CFS), AOC-4 XBRL is 30^th November, 2019 and e-form MGT-7 is 31^st December, 2019.

Form AOC-4, AOC (CFS), AOC-4 XBRL and MGT-7 are all e-Forms for annual filling:

1. Form AOC-4 is the Form for filing financial statement and other documents with the Registrar within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.
2. Form AOC (CFS) is the Form for filing consolidated financial statements and other documents with the Registrar within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.
3. Form AOC-4 XBRL is the Form for filing XBRL document in respect of financial statement and other documents with the Registrar within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.
4. Form MGT-7 is the Form for filing annual return by a company within 60 days of the Annual General Meeting.
