This is a quick update to let you know that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has in a circular dated December 10, 2018 extended the time for filing the Cost Audit Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. Accordingly, CRA-4 – Cost Audit Report in XBRL Format can now be filed by companies till December 31, 2018 and no additional fees will be charged on the filings till the extended date.
