MCA for a third time in a row now, relaxes paying additional fees in filing e-forms AOC-4, AOC-4 (CFS), AOC-4 XBRL, AOC-4 Non-XBRL till 15.03.22 and MGT-7/ MGT-7A till 31.03.22 for FY ending 31.03.2021

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), has, for the third time in a row now, further extended the relaxation on paying additional fees in filing the following e-forms as mentioned below:

a) e-forms AOC-4 (Financial Statements of the company along with Directors Report and other required attachments including Annual Return), AOC-4 (CFS) (Form for filing consolidated financial statements and other documents with the Registrar), AOC-4 XBRL(Company’s financial statement for every financial year with the Registrar of Companies in Extensible Business Reporting Language), AOC-4 Non-XBRL till 15th March, 2022; and

b) e-forms MGT-7 (Annual Return other than OPCs and Small Companies) / MGT-7A (Abridged Annual Return for OPCs and Small Companies) till 31st March, 2022 for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2021 respectively.

In effect, only normal fees will be required to be paid towards filing these e-forms till the extended dates mentioned above.
