The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has notified the provision relating to Constitution of a National Financial Reporting Authority as per the Companies Act, 2013, through publication of the same in the Official Gazette on 1st October, 2018. The MCA by way of another Notificationdated 1st October, 2018, has notified the constitution of the said National Financial Reporting Authority.
