MCA notifies the Companies (Incorporation) Amendment Rules, 2019, Companies given 60 days time to be marked “ACTIVE Compliant”; gains effect 25th February, 2019

This is a quick update to let you know that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified the Companies (Incorporation) Amendment Rules, 2019. The Rules gain effect since  25th February, 2019.
