The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has, in a circular dated October 29, 2018, relaxed additional fees for filing the following forms-
- e-Form MGT-7 – Form for filing annual return by a company.
- e-Form AOC-4– Form for filing financial statement and other documents with the Registrar,
- e-Form AOC-4 (CFS)– Form for filing consolidated financial statements and other documents with the Registrar
- e-Form AOC-4 XBRL – Form for filing XBRL document in respect of financial statement and other documents with the Registrar.
The said forms may be filed for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 without payment of any additional fees, wherever applicable, till December 31, 2018.
