MCA relaxes payment of additional fee/s while filing Form IEPFA-1A upto 31st December, 2019 and Form IEPF-2 upto 30th November, 2019

In view of the requests received from various stakeholders, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”), in a General Circular dated 25th October, 2019 has decided to relax the additional fee/s payable by companies on filing the following:

  1. Form IEPFA-1A up to 31st December, 2019; and

  1. Form IEPF-2 (for the purpose of filing Statement of unclaimed and unpaid amounts) up to 30th November, 2019.

After the expiry of the due dates, the additional fee will be payable.
