This is a quick update to let you know that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has issued a revised version of the Form DPT-3 (Return of deposits) w.e.f. May 19, 2019. The revised form is available on the Company Forms Download Page on the MCA 21 portal.
Accordingly, the MCA has requested all stakeholders to check the latest version of the form before filing the returns.
