This is a quick update to let you know that all clinical establishments relating to diagnosis or treatment of diseases where pathological, bacteriological, genetic, radiological, chemical, biological investigations or other diagnostic or investigative services are carried out with the aid of laboratory or other medical equipment now fall within the purview of the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, as adopted by the State of Haryana.
