Ministry of Commerce and Industry rescinds ‘Footwear made from all rubber and all polymeric material and its components (Quality Control) Order, 2020’

In view of public interest, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has rescinded the Order pertaining to ‘Footwear made from all rubber and all polymeric material and its components (Quality Control) Order, 2020’ (“Order”), (please refer to trailing e-mail for a detailed read).

However, please note that the present recission of the Order exempts things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
