Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has added ‘organ preservative solution’ as a drug under Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, in a recent notification dated 2nd April, 2019 has added “Organ preservative solution” as a drug for external or internal use in human beings, under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
