The Revenue Department, NCT Delhi,  in an office order, informs that the process of change of title in registered documents i.e. in Sale Deed, Conveyance Deed, Release Deed, Relinquishment Deed, Partition Deed has been made online on DOIRS Portal to ensure timely and hassle free service to the citizen of Delhi with respect to the relevant property records concerning to the Urban Local Bodies (“ULBS”).

At the time of  completion of the registration process, an online auto trigger facility for the information/request of Name change/ Mutation will be sent to all ULB, L&DO, New Delhi Municipal Corporation, Delhi Cantonment Board, Electricity (BSES & NDPL) and Delhi Jal Board etc offices, so that necessary process at the level of ULBs shall be initiated automatically.
