NSDL directs DPs who are yet to submit confirmation of compliance with the Framework for Adoption of Cloud Services by SEBI regulated entities to submit it by 30.08.2024
The National Securities Depository Limited (“NSDL”) has issued a circular for Depository Participants (“DPs”) reiterating to submit the confirmation of compliance with the Framework for Adoption of Cloud Services by SEBI regulated entities if they are yet to submit the same.
DPs can submit the confirmation of compliances with the framework on dpaudit@nsdl.com by 30.08.2024.
