Pursuant to the Notification [No. GSR 45(E)], dated 19th January, 2018 (“Notification”) of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change regarding sale and use of pet coke in the National Capital Region (NCR) States, the Rajasthan Pollution Control Board (“Board”), vide an office order dated 22nd January, 2018, has permitted the lime kiln industries in Rajasthan to use pet coke as a fuel, subject to the directions provided in the Notification.
