Through an earlier Office Order dated 10th April, 2020, Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board permitted existing Industrial Units enaged in the manufacture of life saving Medical Equipment, Personal Protective Equipment and Oxygen cylinders to apply on “Nivesh Mitra Portal” for obtaining Consent to Operate for manufacturing at expanded capacity.
The validity of the earlier Order was till 31st May, 2020.
The present Order dated 1st June, 2020 has extended the validity of the existing Consent letter/ certificate to manufacture such life saving Medical Equipment, Personal Protective Equipment and Oxygen cylinders till 31st July, 2020.
