WDRA reminds applicants for warehouses/cold storages that registrations are to be done online; no agents/consultants are involved and registration fee is to be paid directly on the portal

The Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (“WDRA”), Department of Food and Public Distribution, Government of India, in a Notice on its website has reminded that the registration of warehouses/cold storages with WDRA is an online  process on the WDRA portal which is to be performed by an applicant directly. Further, it has been stated that no agents/consultants are to be involved in the process, nor have they been appointed or authorized by WDRA.

Any clarifications/queries should be directly raised to WDRA through the following helplines, without the involvement of any third party:

  1. 011-49092987; or
  2. support-wdra@nic.in

It has also been stated by WDRA that no payment, other than the registration fee on the WDRA portal, should be made to any other person/agency, for the purpose of registration.
