Labour Department of Meghalaya revises minimum rates of wages under 29 schedule of employments; with effect from 1st April, 2020

The Labour Department, Meghalaya in a Notification dated 1^st June, 2020 has revised the minimum rates of wages across 29 scheduled employments, with effect from 1^st April, 2020.

The revised rates are as follows –

Sl. No.	Category	Minimum wage + Revised VDA
1.	Unskilled	₹300/- + 38 = ₹338/-
2.	Semi-skilled	₹340/- + 43 = ₹383/-
3.	Skilled	₹380/- + 48 = ₹428/-
4.	Highly-skilled	₹420/- + 53 = ₹473/-
