This a quick update to let you know that Form NFRA – 2 (Filing Annual Return) has now been deployed on the National Financial Reporting Authority (“NFRA”) website with effect from 9th December, 2019.
As specified in an earlier Notification the last date of filing Form NFRA-2 is 90 days from the date of deployment of the Form on the NFRA website i.e. 8th March, 2020.
The said form is required to be filed online.
