In a Gazette Notification dated 23rd July, 2020, the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (“Ministry”) has given effect to the remaining provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (“Act”).
With the coming into force of the second commencement notification, the following Sections have now gained effect since 24th July, 2020.
